Ks. Ludwig bekundet, daß er auf Bitten von B Gerlach v. Worms sowie Probst, Dekan und Kapitel der Wormser Kirche zwei wörtlich aufgenommene Urkunden von Ks. Otto I. von 970 April 10 [s. in 176/2, 970 April 10] und Ks. Heinrich II. von 1012 August 18 [s. in 176/2, 1012 August 18] mit allen darin enthaltenen Schenkungen, Vergünstigungen und Gnaden gebilligt und bestätigt hat. Wer es wagt, seine in dieser Urkunde enthaltene Bestätigung zu verletzen, wird mit der schweren ksl. Ungnade und 100 Pfd. in purem Gold, deren Hälfte der ksl. Kammer (fiscus) zuefällt, bestraft.
