Worms (Domstift): König Otto I. bekundet, daß er, weil Bischof Richgowo von Worms ihm Anordnungen (precepta) übermittelt hat, denen zufolge Ottos Vorgänger, Fränkische Könige und Kaiser, erlaubt hätten, von allen nach Worms kommenden Händlern, Handwerkern, auch Friesen, Zoll für die Wormser Kirche zu erheben, dies auf Bitten des Bischofs bestätigt und ihm und seinen Nachfolgern erlaubt hat, für die Bedürfnisse (necessitates) ihrer Kirche einen Zoll zu erheben.
