Beglaubigte Abschrift eines Schreibens Kaiser Josephs I. (Wien, 16.2.1707): Der Kaiser teilt dem Leonhardsstift mit, dass er in Ausübung des kaiserlichen Präsentationsrechtes (ius precum primariarum) dem Johann Ernst Straub das nächste frei werdende Kanonikat im Leonhardsstift verleiht. Zu Executoren des kaiserlichen Präsentationsrechtes wurden der Mainzer Erzbischof Lothar Franz [von Schönborn] und der Würzburger Bischof Johann Philipp [von Greiffenclau zu Vollraths] ernannt.
